Although Science courses were offered before the move to West 91st St., chemistry and physics labratories made their debut here just as demands for a college prepartory curriculum began to surface. The first labratories, "perfectly fire-proof," were located on the third floor next to the dining room.

In the 1950's, an updated biology labratory, manual arts shops for wood and metal-working, an art studio, music room and wrestiling room were built in the Annex. On the top floor, a theatre and dramatic workshop.

The Boarding Department, once the vicarage of St. Agnes Chapel, was a dormitory for Trinity students during World War II, offering "home-like accomodations."  The dormitory was short-lived, and then served as the "Residence" - housing for Trinity faculty until 1955.
