The Building Program initiated during the 1950's by Headmaster Dann, featured new athletic facilities. The old gymnasium on the top floor of the 139 building would be converted into classrooms.

William Gage Brady, the Board's treasurer and Trinity c/o 1904, worked with Dann in 1946 on plans for a new gymnasium that would replace the one on the top floor of the 139 building. With improved facilities, the school's athletics teams became part of competitive programs with other schools.

The William Gage Brady Gymnsaium was dedicated in 1958 with parents, faculty and administration. The new gym offered over three times the space as the 139 gymnasium. Photographs such as this one, were often featured in Trinity's viewbooks in the 1950's and 1960s.
